Leading Breast Center in Orange County
The comprehensive team of experts at the MemorialCare Breast Center at Orange Coast Medical Center are devoted to the care of women who have breast cancer. Our oncologists, surgeons, nurses, social workers and other specialists are highly skilled and experienced in the field of breast cancer. They have made this their life’s work. Here, we believe breast cancer has met its match. We perform screening and diagnostic mammograms for more than 15,000 women each year, and are equipped with modern digital mammography, placing us on the leading-edge of breast care.

Early Detection Is Key to Fighting Breast Cancer
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during her lifetime. It accounts for more than 30 percent of all cancers found in women. Breast cancer is not selective. The majority of women diagnosed with breast cancer have no family history of the disease, and while it occurs more often in women who are over the age of 50, younger women are also at risk.

The MemorialCare Breast Centers are accredited by The National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) - a consortium of national, professional organizations focused on breast health and dedicated to the improvement of quality outcomes of patients with diseases of the breast through evidence-based standards and patient and professional education.
