Anna R Gevorgyan, MD

Anna R. Gevorgyan, MD, has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and is a member of the medical staff at Long Beach Medical Center. Dr. Gevorgyan graduated from the Yerevan State Medical University in Yerevan, Armenia in 1993. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has special interests in urological surgery and gynecology. Dr. Gevorgyan also focuses on reconstructive pelvic surgery, particularly issues related to pelvic prolapse. She diagnoses and treats urinary incontinence and female pelvic floor disorders. She also treats interstitial cystitis and performs minimally invasive surgery using biological materials for pelvic repair. Dr. Gevorgyan’s research interests include hormonal manipulation and pelvic surgery upon bladder and urethral function and stem cell research in the management of urinary incontinence. Dr. Gevorgyan is fluent in English and Spanish.
