This class explores the adventures of early parenting and provides demonstrations of infant care basics. Expectant patents rotate through small groups and have an opportunity to practice their new skills. One class taken prior to delivery.
Achieve the confidence you need to make breastfeeding a satisfying experience for you and your baby. This class covers the basics: positioning, feeding techniques and corrective actions for breastfeeding problems. Dads, coaches and/or a support person are encouraged to attend. Registration required.
Taught by a registered nurse, this one-day class includes an overview of labor and delivery, pain management and a discussion of statistical data for parents who have previously delivered by C-section and are considering VBAC.

Moms-to-be learn how to boost dad’s confidence, work as a team, reinforce the parental relationship before the baby’s arrival, and get solutions to challenges new moms face.
Veteran Dads and their babies answer questions, offer advice and share what to expect so Rookie Dads-to-be can thrive. Topics covered include: supporting new mom, caring for baby, parenting as a team and dad’s role during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
This support group is a non-judgmental space designed to help you adjust to the complex and rewarding world of motherhood. You will have the opportunity to interact with other new mothers, discover you are not alone, and build a network of peers for continued support.
If you’d like additional assistance with breastfeeding after you go home, we offer private lactation consultations via Zoom or in our onsite outpatient clinic, open seven days per week.
