MemorialCare offers a variety of laboratory services at our hospitals, health clinics, and through contracted partners.
Hospital Laboratories:
The laboratory services at all MemorialCare hospitals provide comprehensive diagnostic testing for all inpatients, emergency patients, or outpatient testing associated with a hospital service or procedure. Our board-certified pathologists are available to assist physicians in a variety of studies.
Our labs are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and licensed by the State of California. They are staffed by phlebotomists skilled in drawing blood and licensed clinical laboratory specialists who perform tests under the direction of each laboratory’s board-certified pathologist and medical director.
Lab Draw Stations:
A number of MemorialCare Medical Group health clinics offer basic lab services.
Outpatient Laboratory Services:
To continue MemorialCare’s commitment to quality and cost-effective care, we have contracted with LabCorp to provide all outpatient lab services.
