About Me
Dr. Jean Louise Lake is a board-certified Pediatric Neurologist and attending physician and consultant at Miller Children's & Women's Hospital Long Beach. Dr. Lake has primary interests in all areas of pediatric neurology, including epilepsy, headaches, motor tics, cerebral palsy and developmental delay. She is presently Co-Chair of the Bioethics Committee at Long Beach Medical Center/Miller Children's & Women's and has previously served on the Medical Executive Committee of Miller Children's & Women's. She is also an assistant clinical professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at UCLA, teaching monthly in the Pediatric Neurology Clinic.
Dr. Lake received her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed an internship and residency in Pediatrics at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. She then completed a residency in Neurology and fellowship in Pediatric Neurology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
