Brian J. Acker, M.D., FACS, is the Medical Director of Trauma Services at Long Beach Medical Center. He is also a clinical professor of surgery at the University of California, Irvine. He has been in private practice in Long Beach since 1981, specializing in general surgery and peripheral vascular surgery.
