Andrei V Marechek, MD

Dr. Andrei Marechek is a fellowship-trained, board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon who specializes in diseases of the face, jaw, neck and mouth with the Maxillo-Facial Surgery Institute in Irvine. 

His clinical interests include corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) replacement surgery, facial aesthetic surgery, and nerve repair procedures. 

Dr. Marechek received his dental surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He then completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he acquired extensive experiences in complex post-traumatic facial reconstruction, and fellowship in facial aesthetics from the Perenack Aesthetic Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In his personal time, Dr. Marechek enjoys an active lifestyle with climbing, spearfishing, surfing and sailing. He is a dedicated father who cherishes time spent with his family and their dog.
