Overview

A Phase II, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind, Adaptive Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Intravenous J147 Combined with Endovascular Therapy in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Researchers are studying whether an investigational medication called J147 can improve outcomes for people experiencing an acute ischemic stroke. Participants who undergo standard clot-removal treatment (endovascular thrombectomy), with or without clot-dissolving medication, will receive either J147 or a placebo. The study will evaluate the safety of J147 and whether it may help reduce brain injury, inflammation, and disability after stroke.
