Class Schedule

  • Week One: July 30 from 12 - 1:15 p.m.
  • Week Two: August 6 from 12 - 1:15 p.m.
  • Week Three: August 13 from 12 - 1:15 p.m.
  • Week Four: August 20 from 12 - 1:15 p.m.
  • Week Five: August 27 from 12 - 1:15 p.m.

These classes are funded by MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation and are free and only available to those who delivered at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center.

Mothers are not able to attend more than one series.
