Class Schedule

  • Week One: July 1 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Two: July 8 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Three: July 15 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Four: July 22 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.
  • Week Five: July 29 from 10 - 11:15 a.m.

These classes are funded by MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation and are free and only available to those who delivered at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center.

Mothers are not able to attend more than one series.
