MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center Foundation’s annual gala, Dancing for Our Stars (DFOS), has become one of the hottest philanthropic events in Long Beach. This year, we are excited to continue our themed DFOS brand that aligns with and features our hospital’s Center of Excellence benefiting from each year’s gala proceeds.
Presented by the Don Temple Family Charitable Foundation, the 2020 DFOS “The Beat Goes On” Gala will benefit MemorialCare Heart & Vascular Institute and feature dancers from the community who either have been personally touched by heart disease, or have a desire to support leading-edge heart and vascular care. Each dancer will partner with a professional dancer or significant other to perform an enthralling dance to an upbeat, popular song from any era of their choice. Supporters and event attendees will have an opportunity to support their favorite dancer(s) via “voting with their dollars” prior to and during the event as dancers vie for the coveted DFOS Champion Crystal Award.
Tickets are on sale now, and sponsorship, underwriting, and program advertisement opportunities are also available. We look forward to celebrating a memorable evening with you!
