Pat Evans was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Los Alamitos, California. After obtaining her nursing degree from Saddleback Nursing College, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for six years and then attended Harbor/UCLA Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner program. Natural progression took her to San Jose State University Midwifery school. She has been working as a Certified Nurse Midwife in Orange County since 1990.
Midwifery chose Pat to become a midwife. Working in labor and delivery, she realized how she could empower women to be the best they can be and to have most positive birth experience possible.
