We are excited to now offer MemorialCare patients and members of our surrounding communities access to SilverCloud; an online educational and therapeutic program to help manage anxiety, depression, stress, and trouble sleeping. Using a blend of online programs - complete with interactive tools and tactics - this digital platform can be personalized to your needs. It is free, self-paced, and can be used anytime on any device (smartphone, tablet, computer). Programs are available in English and Spanish.

SilverCloud is intended for patients 18 and older.

To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click this link and select the option that best describes your relationship with MemorialCare. *You need to sign up through this link in order to login to your account on the mobile app.
  2. Set up your account by creating a secure username and password and agreeing to the Supporter Agreement
  3. Complete the questionnaires
  4. Get started with your program
  5. Once you sign up, you can access your program via the app. Download the app in your mobile app store. Search "SilverCloud toolkit" in the App Store and "SilverCloud" in Google Play.

    COVID-19 Support

    Our goal is to help support the mental health of our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is normal to feel anxiety and depression during the uncertainty surrounding the current global health crisis. Silvercloud’s new COVID-19 module is here to help support your COVID-19 anxieties through providing quick access to practice tools and strategies to assist users in dealing with the difficult emotions and situations that are associated with such a challenging time. Within the COVID-19 module, there are five support tools that have been created to assist your mental well-being.

    • Challenging Times: This tool will help to normalize worries and difficult emotions (e.g. fear and anxiety), providing emotional coping strategies (e.g. relaxation) and give practical solutions for maintaining well-being in a time of crisis (e.g. self-care, staying connected, prioritization, hope and resilience).
    • Sleep Difficulties: When you have feelings of anxiety and depression, sleep may be adversely affected. This tool will help to facilitate the understanding of the sleep cycle and common reasons for sleep disturbance, empowering users to implement sleep hygiene techniques.
    • Relaxation: The relaxation tool will provide a variety of relaxation techniques and support to help you integrate relaxation practices into your daily life.
    • Mindfulness: The mindfulness tool will educate you on the core principles and benefits of mindfulness and provide you with guided audio meditations to bring you into the present moment and help you tune into and sit with uncomfortable emotions or physical sensations. 
    • Grief & Loss: Many have experienced loss during this time, this tool will help to explore your own unique grief response and provide you with practical strategies and healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with grief.

    The Space from Insomnia and Sleep Issues program has been designed to relieve the symptoms of sleeping problems such as insomnia by:

    • Developing a good sleep/wake association with the bedroom and sleeping
