Dr. Jackie is extremely professional and she is very attentive to my concerns. She is much better than other doctors I have visited and she went out of her way to take care of my needs.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided by Dr. Uyen Jackie Nguyen and her office. My mother recently had her annual blood test, and several results were outside the normal range, yet no one from the office made any effort to contact her to review or explain these findings.What is even more concerning is that my mother called the office herself to request a follow-up consultation, but her call was never returned. This reflects a serious lack of responsibility and attentiveness to patient care. When it comes to important health information, patients should not be left in the dark or forced to chase down their own results.We would not recommend this provider if you are looking for a doctor who is responsive and attentive to patient needs.

Terrible doctor and staffs. Unprofessional and low pay front desk and assistants. Uyen Nguyen is not a good physician and not knowledgable. She ignores messages and never responds even in emergency case. I have been seeing her since 2015. I had no complain back then because my health was in good condition. Until the last recent years when I had an accident had to go to emergency and contacted her for pain medication. She completely ignored my calls. Several times when I called and left dozen of messages, her front desk answered very unprofessionally. Never returned calls! My advice is if you need a caring doctor, find a good one, not her. All she can do is making you come to office or talk via telephone to get a prescription for a cold, so she can charge you and insurance hundreds of dollars! She does not follow up with your test results even in critical condition. If there is a zero rating. That’s what she is deserved!!!

Unprofessional and poor knowledge doctor, untrained low pay office assistants and front desk.Never responded my calls or messages regarding test results, sending test orders, or anything that needed her assistance. Many patients wrote the same problems on her. Watch for her charges. If you need a good caring doctor, do not go there! All she does is making you go see her, so she can get your copays and charge hundreds of dollars to your insurance.

If you are considering applying for a job in her office, please don't. I applied twice (last year and again this year) and never got a confirmation nor response. Called the office and they were quite rude. If that is any indication of how you'd be treated, you're better off not being associated with her office.

Terrible practice, doctor does not care about patients. Terrible front desk staff. Save yourself the hassle and pick a different provider.

I'd pick a different primary care doctor. I called office to ask my blood work request didn't include the things we had talked about they said they would add and they never did. I also never received the referral I originally went in for that she assured she would take care of.

Very unprofessional and inexperienced. Also will still insists on wearing a mask even if you have no symptoms. Would not recommend or return.

She wanted to charge us extra to read us the results of our blood work. Not only have I never been charged extra for this from any doctor, but our insurance actually says that it should be free. Then when we pushed back about the charge, she lied to us and said she's changing medical groups and my wife and kids and I would have to get a new primary care physician. She didn't change medical groups. Absolutely horrible treatment. Also her patient portal was a useless and they couldn't link my family together. Very disappointing. But probably explains why we got in so fast to see her, nobody wants to go to her.

Dr Nguyen is OK for routine check, vaccine and stuff like that. Nice enough. She is NOT the one to trust with your illness and symptoms and trying to track down a problem. I have blood in my stool. She told me to take fiber for 4 months. The blood persist. She gave me some cream to put on my anus. 4 months went by with no improvement. She said I have hemorroid and refer me to a GI doctor. Took the doctor 15 minutes to tell me I have colorectal cancer. The fast growing tumor have an extra 10 months to grow to stage 3. A normal caring logical doctor should think of the worst first when someone is bleeding from the inside. A simple cheap blood/stool test would have shown cancer. Why not rule out the worst case first ? A false positive does not hurt anyone but a false negative can kill somebody. I like to think she does care a lot and she probably does care, to be fair ... maybe just inexperienced or incompetent or not too logical. I sure would have order a simple cheap blood test to rule out cancer ...
