I understand that because I am pregnant, Tawnie was cautious to suggest any over the counter meds without a physical examination. However, i was referred to the virtual urgent care appointment from the OB and nurse hotline and after asking if there was anything I could do to help my discomfort, i was advised not to use or do anything at all without going into Urgent Care in person. I felt unheard and dismissed. Could she have at least advised what I should or should not be doing in the meantime before I could see someone? I am upset to have paid my co-pay with no answers or advice other than to see somebody else for my issues.
