Stephen W Hryniewicki, MD

Dr. Stephen Hryniewicki, a first generation Polish-American, was born in Forest Hills, New York. His family moved to Downey, California, in 1955 where he grew up and attended school. He attended the University of California, Irvine as a Biological Science major. He graduated cum laude in 1976. He then attended medical school at UCI. During that time he developed an interest in primary care medicine. Upon graduation, he continued his education at UCI by completing his residency in Internal Medicine with an emphasis on primary care medicine. He joined Long Beach Internal Medical Group in 1983.

Dr. Hryniewicki is married and has three children. He enjoys reading, cycling, traveling, and cooking. He also volunteers in community, church, and school activities.
