My entire experience at urgent care yesterday exceeded my expectations, everyone was friendly and professional. Leanna at reception was helpful and made my check-in process seamless and quick. Allandra (who took my vitals) was so nice and efficient while prepping for the doctor. She told me the doctor would be in to see me in 15 minutes once my test results were ready, so it was a wonderful surprise that just moments later, Dr. Senaati came in to begin our appointment while he awaited my results. His promptness/ diligence saved me from having to spend any extra time just sitting around waiting (which is the worst when sick); in less than 35 minutes, I was finished and on my way back home to bed. Although my visit was brief, Dr. Senaati was thorough, kind, adept, knowledgeable and I felt confident I was in great hands. All in all, it was the best urgent care visit I have ever had.
