Ronnie A Alas, MD

Ronnie Alas, MD, practices internal medicine and is a hospitalist. Dr. Alas earned his medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico. He completed his internship and residency at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach. Dr. Alas became a hospitalist because he is strongly motivated to help critically ill patients. His patients say that he is friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. He is most proud of his volunteer work in Mexico helping the underprivileged, and in his community of Long Beach helping children. In his spare time, Dr. Alas enjoys surfing, baseball, fitness training, modifying cars, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to English, he speaks Spanish.
