She is absolutely wonderful in terms of her medical knowledge and compassion in dealing with my health concerns. Including some very serious ones. I feel very fortunate to have Mrs Baldo as my primary person overseeing my medical wellbeing. I would always recommend Regina to anyone in need of Primary Care Physician or NP.

Worst of all was the follow up with me from the practice manager who NEVER called when she said she would. I'm now having surgery for something that wouldn't be needed had my care been timely managed. I wrote about this before and NOONE followed up with me. I will not be returning to memorial care -at least this office.

I'm diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and also autistic. I had an anxiety attack in Reginas exam room because I was very stressed about feeling not helped and I started crying and getting very upset. She offered no comfort and instead told me not to raise my voice at her. She is only good if you are neurotypical and very calm. I felt very uncomfortable with her.
