Rajiv J. Pathak, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience caring for adult patients. “I believe that good healthcare begins with listening,” he says. “My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care and help my patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.”

Originally from India, Dr. Pathak moved to New York to pursue his medical training and fulfill his passion for medicine. 

“I chose this profession because I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, especially during times when they may be facing illness, uncertainty, or discomfort. Building trusting relationships with my patients and helping them achieve better health and well-being is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work."

Being multilingual allows Dr. Pathak to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. He is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Spanish. “When I am not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing meditation, traveling, and playing tennis.”
