A Southern California native, Dr. Hussaini is glad to be a part of MemorialCare Medical Group and practicing in her home community. She chose to specialize in Rheumatology because of her interest in the field and for the opportunity it provides to make a positive impact on patients' quality of life. Rheumatic conditions can drastically affect a patient's ability to participate in routine life activities. Dr. Hussaini loves being able to develop strong physician-patient relationships and help her patients understand their condition and make the best decisions for themselves.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hussaini enjoys time spent with her family, playing with her dogs, scrapbooking, and making (and eating) desserts.

Both Doctor and her assistant are the best. They both LISTEN. I implicity trust Dr. Housaini. She is smart and kind. It's the best of all possible combination. I have already referred her to several other women to the practise. I feel very lucky to have found her!

I did not care for her. The first initial appointment is supposed to be relatively longer than an appointment for an established appointment and I did not get that time. She did not look at my list of MRI’s documenting my years long battle with joint issues. I felt rushed not listened to. Her comment about if my blood tests were to come back all negative, I quote “then I can’t help you”. Isn’t a rheumatologist supposed to look at all the things and not just pick and choose what they want to hear? I’m disappointed in this doctor. It would be one thing if I felt seen, heard, valued and my years worth of documents were looked at and she let me know my problems are mechanical…but it was in and out and now that all my bloodwork has come back negative I am left with the same pain and problems and unsure where to go next.

My experience with Dr. Houssaini was upsetting from the beginning of our appointment. She interrupted me, talked over me, minimized my health concerns, gas lit me and made treatment recommendations with listening to my full history or concurrent issues. And all that without physically examining me. She was truly horrific.
