Lindsey and the nurse Christina were absolutely incredible. The both were very thorough, explained what was going on in my body and how to take better care of myself in simple terms that were easy to understand, and gave great tips to help improve my home care routine, which was greatly needed in this case. They were super friendly and treated me like a family member. I’d give everyone I encountered there, from the front desk and throughout my check up, more than 10 stars out of 10 if I could.

I could tell she couldn’t believe I waited this long to get help but still did her best to hold back the exasperation since I mentioned hoping for relief in a short timeline that even I knew was unrealistic. She took my pain seriously and did a very good check. And when I let her know I was using the methods from other doctors and that I brought up these issues in October (and earlier too) she let me vent.Honestly whenever I would bring up things like this I usually got a wait and see or a Rx for naproxen alone, which is frustrating and part of why I tried to stick to home remedies, massages, wraps, stretches, and remedies from physicians when I was in college (which was a long time ago). I’ve sort of just expected to limp for life. Thank her for taking my seriously even when I haven’t been able to be a perfect patient. And tell her I have my good shoes on again. Also thank your staff - they told me about white coat syndrome which is SO embarrassing that I can’t keep my heart calm in office. I’ve never had a rate that high and they gave me time to sit and I dropped 30 points. They were all kind.

The ONLY reason this is getting a 5 and not a zero is because the front office staff was so sweet and understanding. The NP I saw was very rude to me and condescending and didn’t offer anything to help me with my condition. I was in so much pain and was crying and all she said to me was is I’m sorry for the inconvenience? I will NEVER see that NP again.
