About
Lawrence Ahn, MD, attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at USC (LA General Medical Center, Keck Medical Center). Dr. Ahn decided to pursue medicine after witnessing how lung cancer affected his father and family from a young age. His fascination with understanding diseases and their management propelled him into the realm of primary care, where he cherishes the opportunity to address a wide spectrum of conditions and intervene before hospitalization becomes necessary.
I want my patients to know that I'm committed to fostering open communication with my patients, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed with compassion and attentiveness.
Dr. Ahn grew up in Torrance and Temecula. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing piano and bouldering.

I like that Dr. Ahn is very knowledgeable and when he isn’t sure about something he is not shy about referring to another specialist’s judgment. That type of honesty with physicians is rare and the fact that he’s open about deferring to another doctor’s judgment makes me more confident that I chose the right primary care physician
