Lauren is an absolute saint and a beautiful example of why people should get into health care; to truly help and listen to those who are suffering. After seeing multiple doctors for what I knew was a sinus infection, she was the only one I felt truly heard and validated by. She prescribed an antibiotic that really helped. She also listened to me about my problems with vertigo (which no other doctor addressed or believed) and gave an excellent suggestion. She is warm, kind, and compassionate. She was fully present during my appointment and provided a safe space in which to be vulnerable. I am so grateful for her.

what i liked most about my experience was how seemingly easy memorial care made my two telehealth visits, one initial visit, and a follow up a few days later. I was somehow paired with the same physician which was pretty cool and it’s so easy to reach out to them after the visit for any follow up questions. And i forgot to mention i scheduled both of these appts. same day, asking for the next available telehealth time slot! everything was all too last minute, as most sicknesses are, and everyone here on this team is coming together to make me feel supported with my treatment plan!
