About
Having come from a long line of physicians, the choice to become a doctor was an easy one for Dr. Kazenelson. The question was what specialty to pursue.
I’ve always had a fascination with medical science. As I explored different medical paths through my training, I found I was equally fascinated with the tremendous amount of knowledge required to keep up-to-date over the broad spectrum of primary care medicine. These factors were key to my decision to choose family medicine. I am dedicated to providing my patients with the latest in evidence-based medicine, great communication, compassion and understanding. I get great satisfaction when a patient tells me they finally found a doctor who will listen to them.
Prior to joining MemorialCare Medical Group, Dr. Kazenelson was in practice in Orange County for 8 years. Having grown up in San Clemente enjoying ocean activities, he still loves to spend time on the weekends surfing and scuba diving.

He is a wonderful Doctor who makes you feel he has cleared his calendar and gives you his undivided attention. Given how he is stretched to the max, it's an even more appreciated attribute! I feel extremely blessed for Dr. K and the whole team!
