I had my first doctor’s appointment at Irvine Memorial Care in Barranca, and I must say, it was disappointing to see that the front office staff no longer provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients. While I understand they are dealing with many sick individuals, it doesn’t excuse rudeness toward patients.
