Joshua G Cohen, MD

Joshua G. Cohen, M.D. is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist dedicated to offering his patients in Orange County empathy and excellence in clinical care. Dr. Cohen is an expert in the surgical cytoreduction of cancer and in the use of minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic surgery. He values the opportunity to perform cancer surgery and oversee systemic treatment, developing a personalized treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Cohen provides a comprehensive approach to the management of gynecologic cancers including patients with genetic predispositions to these cancers. One of Dr. Cohen’s main goals is for his patients to have the tools to be actively engaged in their medical decisions, in a supportive environment, to maximize cancer care and quality of life.

He has been recognized by Los Angeles Magazine as one of L.A.’s Top Doctors and a Southern California Super Doctor. As Medical Director of the Gynecologic Cancer Program at the Lennar Foundation Cancer Center at City of Hope Orange County, he aims to ensure patients facing ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancer receive world-class care.
