The doctor was great. The 2 and half hour wait was awful and it’s why my PCP and all specialists are at UCLA. The wait times and availability for care through Memorial Care are unacceptable. So unfortunately as an employee with a PPO plan I end up spending excessive amounts of money to use tier physicians at UCLA.
