Dr Patel was awesome not enough stars can be given. Was very thorough with his examination, asked how I was taken care of my issue, also gave his incite of what I could do to better help the situation. Honestly he was great lot of times you go to urgent care and you are unsure of the caliber of doctor you will be seeing. This isn’t the case I have been to urgent care twice and both times the doctors on staff, office staff and nurses have been excellent.

I am sure they are trained for it, but they were able to get the prescription that Dr. Patel prescribed to my preferred pharmacy such that I was able to pick it up that evening. I would definitely - definitely recommend this urgent care practice.

I wasn't sure what was happening with me , the doctor was able to explain to me what was going on and provide the medicine to my pharmacy, which immediately helped me after I started to take it. within three days , I was feeling just better and my eyes were no longer red. i used to go to the urgent care.That was on Warner Avenue in Fountain Valley. i did not want to go to the emergency room and I was very glad that I was able to go the Urgent Care that was listed in MyChart. When I was taken to a patient room, Dr. Patel came in to see me within a few minutes. To me he came across very nice when he introduced himself. Right away he showed that he was aware and concerned of my injury. He listened to what I had to say and then he asked me some questions and a solution to help me get better. He was very knowledgeable with a great attitude in helping me with my injury. I just got back home after stopping at the pharmacy and it’s been about two hours since taking my medication and I feel a lot better with a lot less pain. I expect a full recovery thanks to Dr. Patel.

Dr Patel observed my problem and asked the right questions. He prescribed an Rx and instructed me regarding additions to this for my treatment which I expected and I knew from previous experience with the same problem I have had in the past. So I trusted him. He was calm and comfortable, but of a serious nature. I would have liked a smile when he introduced himself and said goodbye.
