Dear Clinic Management,I am writing to share the outstanding experience I had with Dr. Jay Sanvictores during my recent visits for pseudo gouts. Dr. Sanvictores demonstrated exceptional compassion and attentiveness. He took his time to listen, answered all my questions, and clearly explained every step of my treatment plan. In the way out , he observed a pulsing on my neck. He took stethoscope and listened on the chest and pulsing artery on my right neck.Furthermore, I am incredibly grateful for his efficiency. He arranged lab work, Ultrasound and medication on the same day, and proactively scheduled an urgent ultrasound for the carotid artery. Please convey my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sanvictores for his exemplary care.

Had a day from hell with Memorial Care until Dr. Jay entered my life today. First doctor today who actually cared and listened to me. No games or politics, just true pure doctoring and listening to the patient. I felt so much better leaving the Urgent Care. Only doctor who was smart enough to order an IGG test as well. My experience has been great with all staff in the lobby and back visitation room area. Everyone was kind, positive and welcoming. The Dr was also very kind, engaged, professional and prepared. We discussed my symptoms, (reoccurring) history of illness and diagnosis and treatment. Although I have a regular family Dr., I choose this urgent care location when I am unable to book or travel 25 miles to my regular physician. Thank you to the entire team(s) who have taken care of me these last few visits.

Felt like both doctor and nurse wanted to get me out of their hair as soon they could. Didn’t seem to put much effort into the visit other than doing vitals and the minimum required work, especially the nurse. Made me feel like I was bothering him during his free time and he was doing me a favor by doing his job. A disappointing experience overall.

MD was very short with me and appeared to be in a hurry and disinterested. When I tried to discuss my problems he rushed me along and was extremely condescending, even cutting me of la at times and showed no empathy. When he came back to give me my prescription and realized I work for memorial care , he was a bit more patient but remained condescending and challenged my statements and thoughts throughout the duration of the visit. Quite frankly I was unimpressed & disappointed
