I would like to give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Dr. Patel, Josh, Marilou, and the wonderful receptionist whose name I unfortunately wasn’t able to get.We came to Memorial Urgent Care Cypress after my son, Nathan, sustained an injury at school. We walked in feeling distressed, worried, and anxious, but from the very moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and helped promptly.Josh was the first to bring us back, and he was incredibly gentle and patient with Nathan. Nathan is autistic and usually does not cooperate when it comes to getting his height taken, but somehow Josh made it happen! 🥹 As his mom, I felt like we had already hit a milestone. Nathan seemed so comfortable with him, even in such a short amount of time.Then Dr. Patel came in and listened attentively to all of our concerns. He was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly compassionate. Even though Nathan was hurting, he cooperated while Dr. Patel examined his injured hand. Dr. Patel immediately ordered an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture.Then came Marilou, who took Nathan for his X-ray. In my mind, I was thinking, “There’s no way this is going to happen,” because Nathan has a very difficult time keeping his hand still during procedures. But Marilou completely amazed me. She was so gentle, patient, and reassuring. She explained every step and guided Nathan through the entire process. Somehow, my special-needs son followed her instructions and completed the X-ray beautifully. 🥹💞That was another milestone for us, and I was honestly blown away by her patience and compassion.Shortly after the X-ray, Dr. Patel came back promptly and explained the results to us. During a very difficult and emotional moment for our family, these wonderful people made us feel safe, heard, and cared for.I am beyond grateful for each one of you. ❤️ Thank you for treating not only my son, but our entire family, with such kindness and compassion.Please continue doing what you do for your patients and their families. Dr Patel was awesome not enough stars can be given. Was very thorough with his examination, asked how I was taken care of my issue, also gave his incite of what I could do to better help the situation. Honestly he was great lot of times you go to urgent care and you are unsure of the caliber of doctor you will be seeing. This isn’t the case I have been to urgent care twice and both times the doctors on staff, office staff and nurses have been excellent.

Very nice & helped meI went in to be seen for a very bad cough and my eyes were red with blood. I wasn't sure what was happening with me , the doctor was able to explain to me what was going on and provide the medicine to my pharmacy, which immediately helped me after I started to take it. within three days , I was feeling just better and my eyes were no longer red. i used to go to the urgent care.That was on Warner Avenue in Fountain Valley. i did not want to go to the emergency room and I was very glad that I was able to go the Urgent Care that was listed in MyChart. When I was taken to a patient room, Dr. Patel came in to see me within a few minutes. To me he came across very nice when he introduced himself. Right away he showed that he was aware and concerned of my injury. He listened to what I had to say and then he asked me some questions and a solution to help me get better. He was very knowledgeable with a great attitude in helping me with my injury. I just got back home after stopping at the pharmacy and it’s been about two hours since taking my medication and I feel a lot better with a lot less pain. I expect a full recovery thanks to Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel was kind, caring and a good listener. He asked pertinent questions and was respectful and efficient. I was pleased with his concern for trying to be proactive to help solve this problem with pain that I’m enduring for weeks. I will gladly visit the Cypress Walk In Clinic. I prefer other offices if I’m unable to schedule an appointment with Dr. Thompson. But now that he’s at the office I will ask if he’s available. Thank you, Rachel Campbell

Got there late afternoon was taken into the room within five minutes. Dr Patel came in told him what was wrong. He sent a prescription to my pharmacy and that was it short and sweet.
