About
Dr. Hart started on the road to becoming a physician by earning his Bachelor degree at California State University Fullerton. After obtaining his medical degree, he completed his internship and residency at Oklahoma University Family Medicine Center where he was honored as Intern of the Year in 2004 and Chief Resident in 2006.
I get great satisfaction from the relationships I build over the years with my patients. That’s the best part of primary care, having the opportunity to work with my patients to help them achieve their best possible health.
An avid surfer and snowboarder, Dr. Hart is happy to be back in Southern California. He and his wife enjoy listening to music, “actual LPs,” and he is a fan of saltwater aquariums.

Awesome DocThis is the second time I’ve seen Dr. Hart. Both times were for a sinus infection. When he walked in the room, he reminded me how we treated it last time and asked if that had worked well. It had. He sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. The nurse gave me my shot. And I went home to rest. Dr. Hart is knowledgeable, kind and caring.

Dr. Hart had a lot of patients the day I saw him! I had no idea that one location would only have one provider. He had multiple helpful nurses to check vitals and assist him. His bedside manner was great and I felt comfortable with the painful and uncomfortable situation I was in. I needed to see a specialist, but I couldn’t find one in time for my issue so he was nice enough to give me a referral that I needed to expedite my process.

Urgent care visit HB Memorial careHe took the time to listen about my issues/concerns. He even cared about my well being in my everyday life. He also suggested I make a follow up appointment with one of the primary doctors on staff since it has been hard to get into my own primary doctor these days. This is very much appreciated by me since often the pain associated with an injury in my case can create other issues if left untreated such as high blood pressure or falling. His manner was professional, yet not cold, eased me through the diagnosis process with gentle precision follwed by a recommended treatment regimen which after only three days, has resulted in positive results toward healing. Since this was a new, uncomforatble health event at 84 years of age, I was encouraged that his diagnosis was true, the treatment when followed would be positive, which provided peace of mind toward recovery.
