About
Jacqueline Ngo, M.D., is a clinical neurophysiology fellow at UCLA, specializing in pediatric neurology. She completed her residency at UCLA and earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Ngo also holds a master’s degree in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UC Berkeley. She also is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
Dr. Ngo’s research spans epilepsy surgery, neural plasticity, and narrative medicine, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national conference presentations. She is an experienced educator, having taught residents and medical students at UCLA, and has led workshops on resilience and narrative medicine. Dr. Ngo’s editorial work includes technical editing and co-editing an arts and literary magazine for UCLA Health.
Dr. Ngo is passionate about powerlifting, creative writing, and advancing patient-centered care through interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring families are a part of the care team.
