I have a daughter who has a hard time going to doctors and can be combative. Dr. Edwards was encouraging but never forced my daughter to do anything. By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and didn't want to leave. As for me, I felt like I was supported in my decisions for my daughter and provided with additional recommended resources/information that was helpful. my experience with the office staff has been extremely disappointing. Several interactions by phone felt dismissive and unaccommodating, particularly when trying to obtain an urgent referral for my child. I was also concerned about the turnaround time for a response regarding a referral that felt time-sensitive.
