Elana Craemer, MD chose Family Medicine because she loves working with entire family, from infants to the elderly. As a physician she enjoys getting to know her patients and supporting them in every way she can.

I chose Family Medicine because I wanted to make an impact on the health of communities and families.

Dr. Craemer has a special interest in reproductive health and LBGTQ care, and strives to work together as a team with her patients to help improve their health. She is also fluent in Spanish and loves to build strong relationships with her patients and their families.

In her free time, Dr. Craemer likes to spend time with her family, cook, camp, hike, do yoga, run, bike and dance.

Dr. Craemer is so kind, compassionate, and personable. She really cares. How I know is because she didn’t rush my visit with her. She listened to me, took accurate notes regarding my health, and she was very professional. I felt comfortable with her. I liked that she is very thorough and knowledgeable. What she doesn’t know, she’ll research it. I appreciate these attributes in my doctors/specialists.

On 08/24/2026, was my first-time meeting Dr. Creamer, Dr. Luther was my doctor for thirty years or more and I was really skeptical to get a new Dr. But after I settled down with a opened mine, I found out she was a doctor that I will be able yo trust my health with, I want yo thank Dr. Luther for recommending her to be my new Dr. I feel we will get a long fine and also i appreciate the changing she's already making for me.
