Deborah Milligan, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. She is a hospitalist - a doctor who specializes in the care of hospitalized patients. Dr. Milligan earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at University of California Davis Medical Center, and received a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Milligan volunteers with Doctors Without Borders, an international non-profit organization of doctors, nurses, and medical professionals who provide medical aid in more than 80 countries.
