Dr. Chun and his nurse assistant Nicole are always so patient, kind, welcoming, and if they don't know the answer, they tell you and will refer you to someone who is better qualified! This is not common and if you're looking for a provider, you've probably experienced this yourself. From the very beginning, the front staff is friendly, you get back with Nicole and she is thorough yet takes the time to chat with you and then the star player, Dr. Chun walks in. He would laugh at this because he does not consider himself a star but he really is. He is so humble and always seems like he's in a good mood! Of course I would not have been seeing him for the past 5 to 7 years if he didn't know what he was doing! He has never steered me wrong and I trust him implicitly!!!

Dr. Chun is always happy and smiling! He is happy to answer my questions although he did let me know that today is my regular check up and if I have other issues I would need to either make a co-pay or schedule for another visit. I guess that's HMO but, he answered my critical questions and he is never rushed and he is always patient and answers all of my questions! I will say that he is my favorite doctor!!!!!

It was a virtual visit and I appreciated that he paused everytime I spoke, making sure we didn’t talk over each other. He listened very well to what I had to say before making his assessment. He was kind and respectful. He made me feel that I could really trust him as my doctor. Apart from addressing the main reason for my appt, he also made helpful recommendations regarding my general health which I much appreciated.

Dr. Chun has been my physician for over 10 years and I can state a a senior citizen and patient he's the best Dr. I've ever had. He takes the time and actually talks to me and explain all the issues involving my medical concerns. His follow-thru is excellent and if he can't handle a specific issue, he refers me to someone who can. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Chun.

This place staffs always on lunch. I called them 3 times for my son appointment and they were on lunch until 2pm, second time call they were on lunch until 1:30pm, third time calling they hold me on hold listen to music like 15 mins. Is that too hard just for an appointment? The person picked up the fone said appointment department went on lunch, you can call back later? Really??
