Urgent Care has been ridiculously busy for the last couple of weeks and the doctors have been so overworked. It took me three hours — however everyone was kind, helpful and.concerned And when the doctor came in, she was amazing and quickly was able to figure out what was wrong and prescribed my medications. She was dismissive. Told me to go to ER. I went to a different Urgent Care where I paid out of pocket and they quickly discovered what was wrong. Also - you advertise (via website AND a sign on the door) that you have ultrasound, but she said that wasn’t available to me.

I felt unheard, basically I felt dismissed of my aliments and felt brushed off. I came in with pain and a history which I didn’t even get the opportunity to tell her. Felt like I was a waste of time being there, and it is frustrating. I have a history with the problem that I came in with so much so I did surgery, but I didn’t even get the opportunity to say it cause it was like she was already one step out the door. I felt so disappointed because my dad was here back when it was still Bristol park, I know the expectation of what is supposed to be provided with care. She didn’t achieve that and left hesitant to come back to any urgent care.
