Brooke A La Duca, MD

Dr. La Duca is board certified in family medicine. After completing her residency program, she joined a small group practice with several other Long Beach Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program graduates in Los Alamitos, where they provided ambulatory and inpatient care to both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. La Duca then found herself teaching students from USC, UCI and UCLA during this time, and eventually returned to MemorialCare when the opportunity arose. 

My professional interests include Global Health, International Medicine and preventative medicine. I recently completed the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Institute in Tropical Medicine and Public Health Program. My goal is to complete my certification in tropical health and hygiene and ultimately to create a Global Health Track within our program. I also oversee our Diabetes and Fit Teen group meetings and activities.

Outside the office, Dr. La Duca enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, participating in marathons and triathlons, cooking, skiing, boating, hiking and pretty much anything outdoors.
