Initially I went to the Bellflower location in Long Beach bc that is the closest location. Unfortunately, they only had male providers and one female provider who only was taking appointments and no walk-ins. I think they really should have a woman available for walk ins. I went to this location because the receptionist said a woman was available here. Once I arrived I was greeted and waited to be seen. The male nurse who took my vitals was so nice and friendly. He made sure to explain things to me in a caring way. Once Dr. Babaknia came in to see me she was very attentive. She took the time to explain medications and tests she was administering. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was so nice and I appreciated her work ethic. Because of how amazing I was treated I really felt like I can tell others about this location. Everyone was so nice, caring, the facility was clean. For what I was coming in to get checked I already felt nervous but I didn’t feel anxious because the staff made sure I was seen and I really appreciated it. Will highly come back to this location.

clear, thorough instructions. She listens to patients and she has empathy, sometimes she does talk fast and cuts me off lol but that’s okay.

the doctor and most of the staff were very kind, but i do not recommend this urgent care because they are VERY understaffed & undersupplied. i waited almost 2 hrs in their FREEZING waiting room bc there was ONLY ONE dr there & then they didn’t even have any rapid covid tests. also their tissues are garbage & tore up my nose, they are the cheapest tissues possible. you are better off going to cvs minute clinic. the receptionist never took off her sunglasses & was loudly on several personal calls asking people to cover her shift for the next day.
