Initially I went to the Bellflower location in Long Beach bc that is the closest location. Unfortunately, they only had male providers and one female provider who only was taking appointments and no walk-ins. I think they really should have a woman available for walk ins. I went to this location because the receptionist said a woman was available here. Once I arrived I was greeted and waited to be seen. The male nurse who took my vitals was so nice and friendly. He made sure to explain things to me in a caring way. Once Dr. Babaknia came in to see me she was very attentive. She took the time to explain medications and tests she was administering. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was so nice and I appreciated her work ethic. Because of how amazing I was treated I really felt like I can tell others about this location. Everyone was so nice, caring, the facility was clean. For what I was coming in to get checked I already felt nervous but I didn’t feel anxious because the staff made sure I was seen and I really appreciated it. Will highly come back to this location.

MemorialCare Urgent Care - Wmtr was visit for cough, congestion, mild body aches. Because of a pending travel, I wanted to address these to not allow conditions to get worse, unsure whether I had a cold, early Flu, or COVID. I was disappointed that the UrCare facility did not have the COVID test, that I strongly believe I had. My symptoms are still lingering after 4-days and if I did have the COVID virus, I may have unintentionally passed it on.
