After 5 days of experiencing severe neck pain and hoping it would subside , I finally decided to go to the urgent care in San Juan. Dr Ginger understood how terrible I was feeling and immediately took action to relieve my pain. It felt really great to have a doctor who cared about me and listened to my concerns. I came from another Urgent care. I was rattled and scared. I was seen within minutes. When I explained to Dr. Giger how I hurt myself. He understood the only thing that would make me feel better was the Xray. He ordered it and walked me through and back to my first room.I don't give him a 10. Dr. Giver was funny and knowledgeable. What I really liked was that he actually read my chart before he came into the exam room!! So he already knew I have an allergy to a certain medication and remembered it. He spent time talking w me and answering my questions. He didn’t minimize any of my concerns. The only reason I gave him a 9 instead of a 10 is that my visit was for a very simple medical case.

Friendly but kept me waiting 1 hour in the examination room for my results of my urine test. Of my 2 symptoms, he did not offer anti nausea meds till i ask for them and then forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I visited the pharmacy and urgent care a total of 7 times between 1045am and 215pm trying to figure out where the order was. I dpoke to the assistant via phone 2 separate times. I would of given up but i was very nervous that my nausea symptoms came back like the previous day. Nobody seemed to know anything between the Urgent Care and the pharmacy about my prescription. Mary at Urgent care finally figured out there was no prescription placed and worked with another doctor to get this simple order placed. Im forever grateful for her assistant.
