My experience was overall okay. He did seem to be in a rush. Which I did join the call a few minutes before my appointment time. But I’m aware that it was a virtual appointment. It’s limited time and there’s not much you can resolve & or do over a video call. Thank you

He was nice, but spent about five minutes, maybe less with me. He told me he would have somebody call me to help set up an appointment for the next day; x-ray and visit with a doctor at the urgent care. So I waited for several hours after the call, no one reached out to me.

I schedule the appointment because I have been sick all weekend my main concerned was if I had and ear infection because it has been hurting a lot. He told me I had the flu and that’s why my ears hurt. He didn’t even offer to check until I asked for him to check. In my previous visits I had before they always check for everything lungs, throat, ears. He just went based off my symptoms.

Did not seem that knowledgeable about women’s health matters. Also multiple times used the terms miscarriage and abortion (I’m 23 weeks pregnant) and it was very triggering and not appropriate terminology for this point in my pregnancy.

The Doctor was incredibly unaware of the medication I was requesting and consistently accused me of trying to request an abortion pill. This is completely unacceptable and ignorant. He ultimately must’ve Googled proof of what I was asking because he did prescribe it in the end, only after denying me multiple times virtually.
