Alison L Omel, PA-C

Alison Omel, PAC is a California native who grew up in Mission Viejo. A physician assistant with nearly 20 years of experience, she chose medicine because of her early love of science and of helping others. “My cousin was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis by a physician assistant, and watching his world change as he got better influenced my life. I chose a career in family medicine because I love to solve problems from start to finish.”

Alison enjoys the personal relationships she establishes with patients while helping them live their healthiest lives. 

“I never give up on finding out what is wrong with a patient, and many of them are so thankful that someone will listen to them and care about their problems. I love my job. I enjoy challenging cases and the trust that patient place in me and my medical decision-making for them.”

In her spare time, Alison enjoys all types of sports. “I run and bike daily. I love running, paddleboarding, and cheering on my kids at their sports games,” she says.
