After waiting almost two hours to see him, I felt things were very rushed. Perhaps mentioning the wait seemed particularly long was a factor but I had an appointment. I discussed a possible yeast infection in addition to a UTI with the nursing assistant but that wasn't addressed in my consultation. There was a lack of eye contact when receiving my test results and medicine prescription I noticed.

My mom and I both called the urgent care asking about getting iv fluids and said this urgent care is about to do it. I checked in and even said I need iv fluids. But when we saw the doctor after waiting 3 hours was told they do not do that and to go to the ER or a hydration room. Which we could have started the wait for either 3 hours before hand had we just been told they don’t do them in the first place. It was such a waste of time. Very disappointed

He didn’t do anything. He looked at my knee that has caused me pain for seven days, didn’t know why the bruising started on day five and sent me for an x-ray and never got back to me. Nothing in my chart. I sent a message through my chart and I left a phone message and have heard nothing. Someone needs to call me and explain why no one has gotten back to me.
