“A Phase 1 Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of BL-M14D1 in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Small Cell Lung Cancer and Other Neuroendocrine Neoplasms”

Researchers are studying an investigational treatment called BL-M14D1 in adults with locally advanced or metastatic small cell lung cancer or certain other neuroendocrine cancers that have continued to grow after standard treatment, or when standard treatment cannot be received. The study will evaluate the safety of BL-M14D1, determine appropriate dose levels, examine how the body processes the treatment, and assess its potential effect on cancer. BL-M14D1 is given through an intravenous infusion once every three weeks.
