Overview
“A Phase 3, Randomized, Open-label, Multicenter Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of MK-1084, Cetuximab, and mFOLFOX6 versus mFOLFOX6 With or Without Bevacizumab as First-line Treatment of Participants With KRAS G12C-mutant, Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (KANDLELIT-012)”
Researchers are studying whether an investigational oral medication called MK-1084, when combined with cetuximab and standard chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6), can improve outcomes for people with KRAS G12C-mutant locally advanced unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer. Participants will receive either the MK-1084 combination treatment or standard chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab. Researchers will compare how long the cancer remains controlled, overall survival, treatment response, side effects, and quality of life.
