Overview

A Phase IIIB, Single-Arm, Open-Label study evaulating adherence tolerability, and patient preorted outcomes (PRO) of Girenestrant in patients with ER+/HER2-Early breast cancer who are intolerant to Adjuvant Aromatase inhibitor therapy

Researchers are studying whether the combination of tiragolumab and atezolizumab can improve outcomes for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Participants will receive either the study drug combination plus chemotherapy or standard treatment and will be followed to evaluate how well the treatment controls cancer, overall survival, and safety. The goal is to determine whether adding tiragolumab to standard immunotherapy may provide additional benefit for people with this type of lung cancer.
