Overview

Solid tumor Study for Long term Treatment of Cancer Patients Who Have Participated in BMS Parent Studies Investigating Adagrasib (BMS-986503)

Researchers are conducting a long-term rollover study for adults with advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC), and other cancers, who previously participated in a Bristol Myers Squibb study and are continuing to benefit from treatment with adagrasib. Participants will continue receiving the same study treatment they received in the parent study while researchers monitor long-term safety and side effects. Treatment may continue until the cancer worsens, unacceptable side effects occur, or another reason for discontinuation is reached. The study's primary goal is to better understand the long-term safety of adagrasib alone or in combination with other cancer therapies.
