Overview

“A Randomized, Open-Label Phase 3 Study of Azenosertib Versus Investigator’s Choice of Chemotherapy in Platinum-Resistant High-Grade Serous Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancers Positive for Cyclin E1 Protein Expression”

Researchers are studying an investigational oral medication called azenosertib for people with platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer whose tumors test positive for cyclin E1 protein expression. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either azenosertib or one of several standard chemotherapy treatments chosen by the study doctor. Researchers will compare how well the treatments control the cancer, overall survival, treatment response, side effects, and quality of life.
