Overview

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Phase 3 Study of Standard-of-Care Chemotherapy and Bevacizumab With or Without INCA33890 in the First-Line Treatment of Metastatic Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer

Researchers are studying whether adding an investigational medication called INCA33890 to standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab can improve outcomes for people with metastatic microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive standard treatment with either INCA33890 or a placebo and will be monitored for cancer progression, survival, side effects, and quality of life. Approximately 700 participants will enroll worldwide. The goal of the study is to determine whether the addition of INCA33890 can help delay cancer progression and improve treatment outcomes.
